The Legends

"The Legend of Minnesota" and the "Legend of Wisconsin" are among my first picture books. Both were written by Kathy-jo Wargin and published by Sleeping Bear Press. For the first one I tried to recreate the clothing and lodges of the mid 1700's as closely as I possible. With the second, I tried to combine a historical feel with a mythological twist - and a dash of playfulness thrown in for good measure.

Either book can be purchased from your bookseller or ordered directly  from the publisher by clicking below. You can also order "The Legend of Minnesota" from me by clicking HERE.
